Take a closer look

Spacers – some people think your car will explode into a ball of fire if you use them, other don’t give a shit. I am the latter.
Not that I would prefer them over a properly fitted rim or anything, but after seeing the numbers of cars being thrashed in Japan with little to no issues, I just don’t see a problem with running a decent set. I have actually seen more cheap rims disintegrate than spacers, so I say stop being pussies and get a set for your gay skid rims A.S.A.P.
Anyhow, it was interesting to see a set of 30mm spaced on the HKS Hiper max Evo at the WTAC. Even more amazing was the room between the Endless Callipers and the rims. You wouldn’t want a rock stuck in there (´・_・`)
WTAC – Panspeed FD Rx7 – Best Driver or Best Car

So everyone has already seen thousands of pictures of this car so there is no need to go on about how hot it looks. What you won’t see in any pictures is how well this car handles..
Without a doubt Sasaki-San braked later into turn one than anything else I have ever seen at Eastern Creek.. It was so crazy, that each run I would semi shart myself expecting him to come to grief in the gravel pit. Thankfully this didn’t happen.
I imagine the FD hit count on carsales.com has gone through the roof since WTAC (I have already searched for a bargin lol), but the question remains, best driver or best car?
Obvious answer in my opinion.

WTAC – Scorch s15

Scorch Racing for the win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Ok I am biased. I love Silvias so obviously I was going to be watching this car closely, but that aside, this guy is nuts!!!!!
Sure he didn’t have the most “technically advanced” car on the track, but the thing that impressed me the most was his attitude. While most of the top teams would do 1, maybe 2 hot laps Suzuki-san was having the time of his life trashing the living shit out of his s15… And with a best time of 1:31.4560, he had the times to match his enthusiasm.
Add this to the simple design of his car, it is defiantly something the local, slower teams should be taking note of.
